Amongst those many different type of accommodation, there is a brand new establishment "Central Cowes Family Townhouses" located strategically right in the center of Phillip Island,in the most lively and very dynamic town center "Cowes" where most of Phillip Island amenities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, take-aways, pubs & clubs are located.

The development of "Central Cowes Family Townhouses" is not only to enrich the existing and ever expanding variety of accommodation on Phillip Island but it also has added a new dimension in terms of value and quality for money . Unlike most new establishments in Phillip Island, where the tendency to set a new bench mark is a must in the competitive market, this property however is not trying to set yet another bench mark but it just to set the record straight for the value of your holiday dollar.

Central Cowes Townhouses on the other hand is developed by learning from different variety of existing accommodation types, to achieve a balancing act between comfort, rental price and maybe added spice of the little luxuries. In doing so, upon the development of our new family townhouses we have cut no corners nor spared any expense in providing comfort and luxury. We continue to strive for rental price reduction without reducing the the quality and comfort, and doing so we do not mean to become a competitor in the every area of this very competitive accommodation industry. At 'Central Cowes Family Townhouses' we genuinely do believe that everyone out there is deserves to have a good and very very comfortable holiday.

After 12 years runing accommodation for couples, we have learnt much about how to offer you a genuine holiday break without breaking your bank. We did not however put glitz and glamour ahead of comfort. Our means of glitz and glamour is not something that you can only see it but most important you are to feel it, live it, because seeing isn't necessarily believable.

At our townhouses you can enjoy reading your favorite book while laying down on the sofa and still have a few to spare for your other family members¸ to do the same.

We would love to shout out loud about the unheard of liitle luxuries that often forgoten, not even mentioned until you don´t have them. For example¸ rather then build a prominade as grand entrance to our property¸ instead we put extra airconditioners ¸ extra floor space¸ extra lounge¸ extra TV¸ DVD players¸ Extra crockery¸ smoothie makers for the kids, auto pasta cookers for mum. All provided, at extra cost and extra effort tor us but it always worth our while for both convenience and extra comfort for our guests. In a word our guests have value for their money. We are big believers in "you get what you pay for" and in the case of our townhouses it means even more than that, ........you have to be there to feel it.

Our passion to develop fully self contained accommodation was born after extensive traveling througout Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands

While on holiday one should not set times. The passing days while on holidays should be timeless, one should not be obligated to wake up on specific time for breakfast or servicing of your bedroom, one should not be required to dress up for up dinner table, one should not feel obligated to listen to strangers telling the story of their family pets, grandchildren or trekking thru the Amazon! one should not feel obligated to eat cheap chocolates because it was included in the accommodation tariff, one also should not have to drink vinegar-like wine just because it was included in the tariff, or assume "free" breakfast would be with cereal, bread or milk of your choice.

In the fully self contained style accommodation, you don't have to endure those types of discomforts, because everything is choosen and bought direct by yourself at local supermarket on your arrival. In return all our efforts are directed only to focusing on whats matters to the value of your holiday acommodation budget without blured by luring sounds of "free offer"

Being an Australian company, we are well aware of the good life Australians have long enjoyed. Most of our guests are at very least the proud owners of a well built and well appointed home of their own. Having that in mind, we are not taking the presentation and appearances of our townhouses lightly.

We are not promising any of our guests a 'Taj Mahal' but be assured our Townhouses are not less comfortable than your own home.

That is our promise to you...our intended guests!! Don't take the risk of booking holiday acommodation which is less comfortable than that which you already have at home...??? just to save a few dollars which is the difference between the price of wheel-less caravan (cabin) and our home like setting in the Townhouses.
